Katrina Scarborough was elected Property Appraiser in 2008. A 20-year veteran in the property appraiser field, Katrina has worked in almost every area of the Osceola County Property Appraiser's Office and in the field.
Malcom Thompson was elected as the Osceola County Clerk of Court on November 4, 2008, and began supervising over 180 employees in the many faceted functions of the Clerks office upon assuming office on January 6, 2009.
Mary Jane has devoted her life to community involvement since she moved to Osceola County 41 years ago. From helping out at schools her children attended to serving on community boards and charities, she branched out into the government arena in 1994 when she was elected to the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. She served on the board from 1994 to 2002. Mary Jane went on to become one of the founding members of the Toho Water Authority in 2003, a position she served in until being elected as Supervisor of Elections in 2008.
Patsy Heffner was appointed by the Governor in December 1999 and was elected in 2000.
