Regional Advisory Boards

Local Health Council of East Central Florida is a not-for-profit corporation serving Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard Counties. The Council addresses the area whose boundaries include the Florida HRS District VII and whose population exceeds one million. The purpose of the council is to provide effective health planning for the area and to promote development of health services, manpower, and facilities which meet identified health needs in a cost effective manner, reduce inefficiencies, and implement the area health plan. Candidate should be either a “Purchaser” or “Provider” of health services.
