Scheduling Inspections
Follow the steps below to schedule an inspection for your building permit. Inspections may be scheduled up to 6:00AM on the same day.
In-Person Inspection
Instructions
- Login to the Osceola County Permit Center.
- Hover over the Search button, and select the permit type from the drop down.
- Type your full permit number (including the dash) in the Record Number box and press Enter to search.
- On your permit page click Record Info and select Inspections from the drop down.
- Click Schedule an Inspection.
- Choose they type of inspection needed. Press Continue.
- Select the date and time range. Press Continue.
- Verify that the location and contact person are correct, and press Continue.
- Include additional notes if needed and then click Finish.
- Your inspection is now scheduled and will appear in your Upcoming inspections list.
