• 3000 - 3999 sq ft: $640.00 plus $40.00 Plan Review Fee
• 4000 sq ft & over: $720.00 plus $80.00 Plan Review Fee

Fire Marshal Fee

• $30.00 if applicable

Radon Fee

• $00.01 times square feet of total area
