Electronic Plan Submission
Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code require Architects and Engineers to sign and seal documents and plans submitted for public records. There are specific provisions for electronic signatures within the Rules and Regulations. Architects and Engineers are responsible to meet the rules.

Electronic Submission of Documents, Drawings and Revisions
In order to submit plans and documents online you must complete an online building permit application first. Once your project has been assigned a permit number you will be able to upload plans & documents for review. Click the link below for additional information and instructions.
The following are options that you have to obtain copies of your approved permit. A physical permit set that includes our approval stamp is required for onsite inspections.
- You may download your approved project files using ProjectDox. If you need help during this process you may email firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the permit number of your project within the email.
- You may have your plans printed at our main office. Printing costs are listed below. Depending on how large your permit set is, printing can take up to 45 minutes.
