Landmark Sun Resort and Spa DRI

The Landmark Sun Resort & Spa Development of Regional Impact is a mixed-use development of approximately 77 acres. It was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 8, 2008. It had a buildout date of November 20, 2026. This DRI was rescinded by the BCC on December 10, 2018 by Resolution 2018-123R. The property is regulated as a Commercial Tourist (CT) zoning district (ZMA17-0067).
