1.01) What are your hours?
We are open Monday from Noon to 5 pm, Tuesday - Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am - 2 pm.

1.02) Where are you located?
We are presently located at 3910 Old Canoe Creek Road St. Cloud FL, 34769. You can view a map of our location by clicking here.

1.03) Do you provide veterinary services to the public?
Not at this time. We only provide medical services to the animals in our facility.

1.04) What type of items do you accept for donation?
We get a lot of questions by concerned animal lovers asking what they can donate that is either in high demand or would be useful. Listed below are many of the things we commonly ask for. We accept new or used items as long as they are clean. This is important in order to maintain a healthy and disease free environment for our animals.

1.05) What are your adoption fees?
Fees include spay/neuter and the first set of shots. We only accept cash or local checks.

1.06) Is there a cost for dropping off an animal?
No. We do not charge you for dropping off an animal.

1.07) How long do you hold animals?
Generally we will hold animals from 3 to 7 days.

1.08) What are the fees for a county tag?
We only accept cash or local checks.

- Fertile Animals: $12

1.09) Who do I call about roadside animal corpse removal?
All roadside animal corpses are picked up for disposal by the Osceola County Road and Bridge Facility. You can reach them by calling 407-892-3110.

1.10) How do I adopt a featured pet?
If you are interested in adopting the featured pet you may call to see if it is still available, however, we can not "hold" an animal. If you wish to adopt you must come to the facility, fill out the application and pay for the adoption. In most situations you will not be able to take your animal home the same day, it must first be spay/neutered.
