Austin-Tindall Regional Park encompasses 115 acres of active and passive recreational areas and is only 9.5 miles from the Orlando International Airport. Austin-Tindall Regional Park is a managed athletic facility that has annual events in the following types of sports:
The facility has also hosted Field Hockey and Archery events. Austin-Tindall Regional Park consists of eight fields, of which five are 75 yards x 120 yards and are equipped with lights and scoreboards. Of the three remaining fields, one is 30 yards x 50 yards and the final two measure in at 40 yards x 60 yards. A 5,600 square foot modernized clubhouse caps off the facility and features locker rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a concession stand.
Austin-Tindall Regional Park was the practice facility for the 1994 Moroccan World Cup Team and the 1996 Japanese Olympic Team. The facility has also played host to the National Archery Association of the United States 112th Kodak National Target Championships during August of 1996.
