Commissioner Frank Attkisson, who represents Osceola County's District 4, is on location at the Osceola County Museum of Military History. At a special meeting held prior to their regular Board Meeting today, Osceola County Commissioners elected Commissioner John Quiñones as Chairman and Commissioner Michael Harford as Vice Chairman of the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners for the upcoming year, effective immediately.
