The Building Office protects the health and safety of the public by providing the best possible building permit service and by administrating and enforcing various building codes and technical standards while preparing for the future growth of Osceola County.
Apply for a building permit online, by fax, via email or in person. All of your associated documents and drawings can then be uploaded electronically for review by the County staff. You can monitor the review and all associated comments, as well as the drawings markups, 24/7. After the review is complete and your permit is ready for issuance, you can download the approved documents.
