Users Guide for the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
Osceola County is pleased to announce the implementation of our automated IVRS. This telephone system allows 24-hour access to schedule inspections, cancel inspections, check inspection results and to obtain plan review status of your permit. Your Certificate of Occupancy can be obtained through option # 5 from the main menu.
This brochure will provide you with the instructions that will help familiarize you with the IVRS system before you call. When first using the system, please listen carefully to the entire message at each step of the system. There will be prompts that will guide you through each step of the process.
