• Press # - End the Call

Step 1

You will be asked to indicate if this is for a Project or an Active Permit.

• Press 1 - Project example: P02-001234
• Press 2 - Activity example: A02-006789

Step 2

Enter all 8 digits of your permit number, including any zeros. Be sure to press the # key after entering the permit number.

IVRS will confirm this permit by speaking back the site address.

Step 3

Enter the 4 digit code for the type of inspection you are scheduling.

Example: Pressing 1000 would schedule a Footing Inspection.

After you have scheduled the inspection you will be able to:

• Leave an important message for the inspector
• Get a confirmation number for this inspection request
• Request another inspection
• Return to the Main Menu
