Helpful Hints
- You will need your permit number to use the IVRS.
- If you enter an incorrect permit number or information, you may press the # pound key and the system will return to the previous prompt.
- If you are using a portable or cellular phone, make sure you have a clear connection to prevent any interruptions or problems when using the IVRS.
- Once you become familiar with the system, you will find that it is not necessary to wait for the entire message to be completed before entering a prompt.
