Permit Extension Requirements

Effective June 1, 2009, whenever a permit extension is granted or a contractor is changes on an existing permit, a 1070 Building- Other inspection must be scheduled. This inspection is to evaluate the current status of construction and must be completed before re-commencing work on the project. The 1070 inspection will allow the builder and inspector to meet and review the previously completed inspections as well as familiarize themselves with the project in its current condition.
