The Building Office protects the health and safety of the public by providing the best possible building permit service and by administrating and enforcing various building codes and technical standards while preparing for the future growth of Osceola County.

Planning to build in Osceola County? It will require to apply for a building permit as required by the Florida Building Code. Building permits are issued by the Building Office located on the 1st floor of the Administration Building.
