Audit Department
The Audit Department, overseen by the Commission Auditor, manages the collection of the Tourist Development Tax through auditing taxpayers financial records, educating taxpayers on the collection of Tourist Development Taxes and enforcement of the Countys Tourist Development Tax ordinance.
The Audit Department also makes semi-annual updates to the State of Floridas database for the Communication Services Tax.
