The Office of the Comptroller is a service office of the Board of County Commissioners, its departments, and the public. It is responsible for financial reports, vendor and payroll disbursements, accounts receivable, banking, investments, fixed assets, tax collection, and audits. The Comptroller also oversees the Osceola Parkway Toll Road and West 192 Redevelopment District.
Goals
To provide assistance to departments and agencies in fulfilling all financial obligations, reporting thereon, and safeguarding all assets; to maintain internal controls and compliance with Board policies and procedures; and to continue improving and attaining enhanced delivery of the above with implementation of state of the art practices in our profession.
