The Property Control office exists for the purpose of ensuring accountability and control of County owned tangible and intangible fixed assets with a life exceeding one fiscal (accounting) period.
Property Control will comply with the laws, rules, policies, and procedures that govern property control. In addition, Property Control establishes and maintains accountability of fixed assets owned or in the primary custody of the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners.
