"Meet & Greet" for Contractors on May 30th

Osceola County is partnering with a number of local organizations to host a first of its kind “Meet and Greet” event for contractors May 30 at Osceola Heritage Park. “We are creating a one-stop shop by bringing together prime contractors who do business with the county, the school district and Disney. This event will be a great networking opportunity,” said Commission Chairman John Quiñones. “It should open doors for our local subcontractors seeking work on bigger projects.”

Permitting Intake Office New Hours Begin Monday

A significant increase in the number of permit and license applications submitted via the Internet and fax is resulting in a change in office hours for the Osceola County Permitting Intake Office, officials said. The office, located at 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 1400, will close at 4 p.m. daily starting Monday.

Save Time with Electronic Plan Submission

Apply for a building permit online, by fax, via email or in person. All of your associated documents and drawings can then be uploaded electronically for review by the County staff. You can monitor the review and all associated comments, as well as the drawings markups, 24/7. After the review is complete and your permit is ready for issuance, you can download the approved documents.

Manhattan Kraft Construction Invitation to Bid

Osceola County is planning to build a 830 car parking garage (approximately 334,000 SF) in Kissimmee, FL beginning in June 2011 and finishing April 2012. The parking garage will have seven elevated parking levels over slab-on-grade on a 44,000 SF footprint.
