Food Services

Inmate food preparation is a contracted service that performs under the supervision of the Corrections Bureau. The kitchen is staffed by food service professionals and they are assisted by inmate workers. It is the mission of the Food Service Unit to provide meals that are prepared to the highest possible standards.

• Three (3) nutritious meals are provided daily to the inmate population
• Meal menus are developed by a licensed dietitian
• Pork products are not served in the facility
• Medical and Religious meals are provided in certain circumstances
