County Manager's Master Report

This is a report the County Manager receives on a monthly basis from staff that reports directly to him.  The report is comprised of activities and “close-out” or “end-of-the-month” statistics from each area of responsibility.  The information is “condensed” into what we call the County Managers “Master Report."

The briefings provide snapshots for: timelines on projects; their status; if behind, the reason for the delay. When applicable, visual graphics are used to depict status as the ideal format.

In addition, budgetary information for each department is part of the report. Although it was not integrated in this initial issue, it will be incorporated in subsequent reports.
