The Deputy County Manager oversees Risk Management, Human Services, Smart Growth, Clerk of the Board, Emergency Communications, Extension Services, Special Projects, Public Information Office and Emergency Management.
The Growth Management Administrator oversees Osceola County's Building, Code Enforcement, Customer Resources, Development Review, Natural Resources, Planning, and Zoning offices.
The Office of Management and Budget Administrator oversees the Office of Management and Budget as well as the Information Technology and Procurement Services offices.
The Fire Rescue/EMS Administrator oversees Osceola County’s Fire/EMS Departments, including the Fire Marshal.
The Public Works Administrator oversees Construction Management, Engineering, Fleet Management, Road and Bridge, Services Administration, Solid Waste, Stormwater, and Traffic Engineering and Operations within Osceola County.
The Comptroller oversees the Office of the Comptroller as well as the Osceola Parkway Toll Road and West 192 Redevelopment District.
Maria Grulich Toumazos is the Economic Development Administrator for the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. Her responsibilities include assisting business prospects with property searches, incentives, and fast track permitting, working with existing industries as well as recruitment of new businesses. She works closely with Enterprise Florida, the State of Florida’s Economic Development entity and numerous other partners. She has been instrumental in creating or assisting in the relocation of several businesses that resulted in more than 4,000 new jobs for the community.
Sherry Johnson is the Chief of the Osceola County Corrections Department. She was appointed to this position in September 2010. Chief Johnson brings over 24 years of experience. She has worked with every classification of the inmate population. In 1986, Ms. Johnson began her career at the Florida Correctional Institute in Ocala at the Female Reception Center, and in 1987 she transferred to Lake Correctional Institute.
