There will be a joint Special Meeting for all the Osceola County Common Facilities Districts Board of Supervisors; Crescent Lakes, Cypress Woods, Indian Creek, Indian Point, Indian Ridge Villas at the Osceola County Administration Building, 1 Courthouse Square, Room 4727 Kissimmee, Florida 34741, on February 8, 2011, beginning at 6:30 PM.
The Cypress Woods Common Facilities District will conduct its regular quarterly meetings for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010 at the Osceola County Administration Building, 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 4700, Kissimmee, FL 34741 beginning at 6:30 P.M. or soon thereafter. These regular quarterly meetings will be on the following dates in 2011: January 11, May 3, August 23, and November 8. All meetings are open to the public.
The Cypress Woods Common Facilities District is conducting a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding its proposed special assessment rate and budget for next fiscal year.
