Enterprise Zone Development Agency

Overview

The EZDA was created as a joint endeavor of the City of Kissimmee and Osceola County and provides for the creation of an Enterprise Zone for areas with chronic and unacceptable economic problems. It also finds that revitalization of such areas can occur only if the private sector can be induced to invest. Businesses within an Enterprise Zone are eligible to receive tax credits, exemptions, and refunds in exchange for providing jobs and property rehabilitation.
