Our Public Education section provides information on fire prevention and life safety tools and practices. The Public Education section aims to provide children as well as adults with the knowledge and tools needed to limit or prevent the loss of lives and property. Some of the programs provided to the public are:
- Car seat safety
- Bicycle Safety
- Fire Extinguisher Classes
- Smoke alarm information
- General fire prevention practices
- Evacuation plans and Fire Drills
- Familiarization of the Fire Department and its duties
- Juvenile Fire Setters Program
