The Osceola County Department of Human Services has completed a "Draft Substantial Amendment" to the current HUD approved Consolidated Plan and 2010 Action Plan describing the proposed Neighborhood Stabilization Program #3 (NSP3) outlining proposed uses of Osceola County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 allocation.
