Mortgage Requirements
- Must be a permanent first mortgage with a minimum of 15 year term.
- Seller financing does not qualify.
- Affordable monthly mortgage payments must fall within the guidelines defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
- 30% Front end ratio.
- 41% Back end ratio.
