Homeowners Taxes and Insurance Assistance
Requirements
- Property must be within Osceola County and be owner occupied.
- Assistance will be given in the form of a grant and will not be subject to any recapture terms.
- Applicants will only be eligible for assistance one 1 during a five 5 year period.
- Eligibility will be on an expedited basis and may include alternative forms of documentation current pay stubs, benefit letters, verification of employment wages, other income and assets.
- Applicants must meet income guidelines see chart.
