MFP is a new program new program for homeowners to prevent mortgage foreclosure.

  • Have you received SHIP Down Payment Assistance or SHIP Rehabilitation Assistance?
  • Are you afraid of losing your home?

Foreclosure Assistance is a grant in an amount up to $5,000.00 for those eligible.
