Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention
- Applicants must have owned and lived in the home for at least one 1 year.
- Applicants must provide proof of eligible hardship per Osceola County guidelines.
- Applicants must provide proof of future ability to make mortgage payments.
- Assistance will not exceed more than mortgage payments, late fees and eligible attorney fees.
- Applicants will only be eligible for assistance one 1 time within a 12 month period and a maximum of two 2 times within a five 5 year period.
