Requirements
- Property must be located in Osceola County or the City of Kissimmee.
- Applicants must have owned and lived in the home for at least one 1 year.
- Applicants must provide proof that current property taxes are paid.
- Maximum assistance is $50,000.00.
- Applicant must be income eligible see income guidelines.
