• 1.01) I am a County employee and was injured on the job. What do I do to receive medical attention?

  Complete the Workers Compensation forms and fax them to Human Resources at 407 343-3169. If you wish to speak with someone you may contact Qiana Dreher at 407-742-1430.

• 1.02) I received a bill for medical services following a work related injury/ or illness. What do I do?

  Fax or mail the bill to Human Resources. Our department will coordinate the repayment for you.
