It is the mission of Human Resources Training and Development to provide comprehensive training and educational programs for all personnel. This function is essential in ensuring compliance with all Federal and State mandated training requirements such as Sexual Harassment, Diversity, and Fraud and Ethics, just to name a few. Additionally, our training team is responsible for providing employees and managers with personal and professional development classes to continually update them on new practices or procedures. Safety and Wellness classes round out their responsibility and can be directly accountable for the success of the County’s health and Workers' Compensation programs.
