The Rental Assistance Program and Emergency Rental Assistance Program provide assistance to Osceola County residents who are or in danger of becoming homeless. Assistance shall be limited to the first, second, and third month's rent.

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is a review and summary of the County's performance in meeting goals during Fiscal Year 2010-2011. Comments will be accepted during a 15 day period from November 21, 2011, through December 7, 2011. A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 5:30pm in the trailer located at 330 North Beaumont Avenue, Kissimmee, FL 34741.

Osceola County is a designated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Community that receives an annual allocation of funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In order to receive Fiscal Year 2011 CDBG funding, the County must develop an Annual Action Plan and submit to HUD prior to August 15, 2011.
