Road Construction District and Residential Impact Fee Assessment Rate Data

Transportation Impact Fee assessment is assigned to property based on location within one of five geographically described Road Construction Districts, hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT. Information provided at this link enables citizens to determine the DISTRICT property is located within. In addition to DISTRICT designation, data provided at this link illustrates the four 4 RESIDENTIAL IMPACT FEE assessment rates in effect for the identified property. The illustrated rates are categorized based building type.

Finding your Impact Fee

We have 2 options available to help you determine the correct transportation fee.

Option 1: PDF Map Lookup

You can download the Transportation District Map and find the location of your property on the map. This will allow most users to correctly find their property within a simple to view map and is often the easiest option.

Option 2: GIS Lookup

For more specific and detailed property lookups, you can use our online GIS portal to pin point your property by address or parcel ID.

Please review these instructions in full before visiting maps.osceola.org.

1. Visit maps.osceola.org.
2. Click the “Accept Disclaimer Agreement” to continue.
3. From the “Search Tools” menu, select either “Search Property by PIN” or “Search by Address”. Please be advised that a street name search will list all addresses located along the referenced street.
   • "PIN" refers to the Osceola County Tax Parcel Property Identification Number.
   • The PIN number used is not hyphenated eg. 102530495000010001
4. From the “Search Results” window, click the “Map It” button to map the propertyies you are searching on.
5. Once you have mapped a property or properties, you will see a small, red triangle indicating that location on the map. From the tool palette to the right of the map select the “Information” tool. This tool is indicated by a lowercase “i”.
6. With the “Information” tool selected, click the map location you would like to find out the Transportation Impact Fee for.
7. In the “More Information” pop-up window, select the “Transportation Impact Fee” option from the dropdown selector at the top of the window.
