OSCEOLA COUNTY ANNOUNCES THE AVAILABILITY OF STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP (SHIP) FUNDS

The Florida Legislature approved Section 14 of Senate Bill 360 this year. This section provides for up to a two (2) year extension on certain permits or authorizations that have an expiration date of September 1, 2008 through January 1, 2012.

Osceola County Public Works was recently featured in an article in "Public Works Magazine" for its innovative use of  the construction manager-at-risk program for the county's numerous road construction projects.
