Updated: 10am on Wednesday, August 20th.  Osceola County Officials continue to monitor and respond to Tropical Storm Fay. According to reports from the National Weather Service, Osceola County can expect up to 2 – 4” of rain, wind gusts up 45 mph in heavier bands, and possible localized inland flooding through 6:00 p.m. today.
