The Osceola County Extension Service Program provides many classes and seminars to the public. Registration is required for ALL programs.  Classes are taught in English and are free unless otherwise specified.  Please call 321-697-3000 or the number provided for registration.

Below you will find a schedule of these events and where they take place.

These events are continuously updated to help you learn more about the place you live and how to make it more livable...

If you are someone who enjoys the out of doors, likes sharing adventures with others, enjoys learning about nature, wildlife and our local surroundings...then one of our guided Woods Walks may be something you would truly enjoy!

SEWING CLASSES FOR ADULTS & YOUTH:

Sewing classes are scheduled for:

• November 17th & 24th;
• December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd; and
• January 5th

at Osceola Heritage Park Extension Services – 1921 Kissimmee Valley Lane, Kissimmee. Youth may not attend adult classes. Registration is required by calling 321-697-3000.

• Youth classes will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Adult classes will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The first class (November 17th) is to identify skills and discuss patterns and material selection – do not bring a machine to this class.

Bring your sewing machine beginning November 24th; it is best to use your machine since you are more familiar with it.  If you do not have a machine, let us know and we will have one for you.
