The Osceola County Building Office is a service agency geared to provide to the customers of Osceola County a division which is responsive to the rights and needs of the individual while working within the guidelines adopted by the Board of Commissioners to protect the safety and welfare of the general public.

The Building Office regulartes new construction and regulation, administers the issuance of contractor licenses, and encourages economic growth through inter-division cooperation.
