Out of State Process:
Effective July 23, 2007, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office will no longer serve out of state process. Service of this type of process may be obtained by private process servers. For a complete listing of process servers call (407) 343-6500.

Levy minimum fee for automobiles, small trucks, motorcycles and small boats: $2,200.00.

Levy minimum fee requiring small business limited inventory: $4,000.00

Writ of Attachments: $90.00

Writ of Replevin: $90.00

Writ of Possession (persons only): $90.00

Fees for standby or conducting inventory (levies, etc.) beyond the first hour. Fee based on per deputy per hour: $31.00

Processing Writ for Levy and preparing file:  $40.00

Holding Sale/Bill of Sale or Deed/Satisfaction of Judgment:   $40.00

Notes:

1. The required cost deposit may be more substantial if it is determined extra costs are needed to effect the levy. Creditor's Affidavits for Real/ Personal Property must contain all expanded information as required by F.S. 56.21 and F.S. 56.27.

2. We require a minimum of ten (10) working days to process and serve your papers.

3. Florida Statutes require the party requesting service to provide the Sheriff with the best known address where service may be made. Unacceptable addresses include post office boxes, rural routes, general delivery and any other address which does not provide a physical description.

4. Method of Payment: Cash, Attorney Trust Accounts (In state only), Cashiers Checks, Money Orders. We are unable to accept personal checks.
