The Board of Directors of Indian Ridge Villas Common Facilities District will consider the proposed Non-Ad Valorem assessment And Budget for October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. A Public Hearing to make a FINAL DECISION on the NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT AND BUDGET will be held on June 30th, 2007 at 7 pm for NON-AD VALOREM ASSSSMENT APPROVAL AND 7:30 P.M. for BUDGET APPROVAL.

The proposed budget is on file at 7800 Myrtle Oak Lane, Kissimmee, FL 34747 at the pool Cabana, and may be reviewed prior to the Public Hearing. All objections to the Budget and Final Assessment Resolution may be made in writing and filed with the Clerk at or before the time adjourned time of such Public Hearing, at 7800 Myrtle Oak Lane, Kissimmee, Fl 34747.

In accordance with Chapter 286, F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, a record of the proceeding will be needed, and for such purpose, it may be needed to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based. Any person who should require special accommodations at the Public Meeting because of a disability should contact the District Clerk in advance of the meeting by mail to 7800 Myrtle Oak Lane, Kissimmee, Fl 34747.
