1.01) Can I call the Information Technology division for service to my home computer?
- No. The IT division only provides technical support and service to other units within the Osceola County government.

1.02) What does the Information Technology division do?
- Simply put, we keep the county's computers running. In addition to providing hardware and software support to the county, we also develop and maintain custom applications that allow many of the county's employees to get their work done. On top of that, we design, develop, and maintain Osceola.org in order to keep the public informed and up-to-date.
