ServiceDesk provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service to our County departments. Our Integrated Services group works very closely with all areas of our IT Department making sure our employees have the necessary computer equipment and applications needed for their job functions. We also provide computer training to our County employees via video tapes, classroom and one-on-one training. Additionally, the Integrated Services team administers, monitors, repairs and maintains the telecommunications system for countywide agencies.
