Osceola County, Florida - The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is advising the public about, Stephen Lester Quillen (DOB 6/29/1967), who is a registered sexual predator by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Quillen resides at 4501 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida. Quillen was convicted of the following:
- Lewd or Lascivious Molestation Victim Under 12, F.S.S. 800.04(5)(b) on August 31, 2005.
