Osceola County, Florida - The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is advising the public about, Leland P. Mileham (DOB 9/2/82), a registered sexual predator by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement who recently moved. Mileham resides as a transient in the area of 2200 Old Vineland Road in Kissimmee. Mileham was convicted of the following:
