Precast Concrete Structure Erection 65% Complete
As of this morning, the precast concrete erector has set 754 pieces of precast for the Garage. In total, there will be 1,164 pieces hauled from Tampa and erected; the team is working 50-60 hours per week, including Saturdays, to sustain a rate of 80-100 pieces per week and finish erection at the beginning of March.

Osceola County Commissioner Brandon Arrington was elected Chairman of MetroPlan Orlando at its February 8th meeting. His term begins immediately and will run through the end of the calendar year.

Ham Brown Road is tentatively scheduled for milling, leveling and resurfacing from Highway 17-92 south to Reaves Road on Wednesday, February 15th through Saturday, February 18th from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. Please visit www.osceola.org for more information.

Osceola County residents and City of Kissimmee and Osceola County employees are invited to join us on the Courthouse Square lawn on February 24th starting at 10:00 am for a few hours dedicated to learning about the environment, energy, natural resources, and current county/city initiatives.
The Osceola Saves coalition will be hosting the 4th Annual Osceola Saves Financial Fair on February 21, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., UF/IFAS Osceola County Extension Services, 1921 Kissimmee Valley Lane, 34744 (inside Osceola Heritage Park off US 192). The event is free to the community.
