A Certificate of Occupancy is a document issued by Osceola County certifying a building's compliance with applicable building codes and other laws, and indicating it to be in a condition suitable for occupancy.

Using our Permitting Center Record Search, you can lookup and print any existing Certificate of Occupancy issued by Osceola County's Building Office.

Instructions

You can search for a Certificate of Occupancy by entering one of the following in the search field above:

  • By Parcel Code - an 18 digit alpha numeric code assigned to every parcel in Osceola County.
  • By Address - Enter the street number and street name for the parcel. City, State, and Zipcode should not be entered. If a parcel has multiple addresses, just use one of them.
  • By Certificate Number - Using the permit ID of the Certificate of Occupancy. This typically is formatted as: "P00-000000".
