Permit Records Search
You can now lookup details about a permit issued by Osceola County using the Permitting Center Record Search, provided by the Community Development Department.
In order to search for a permit issued by Osceola County, please enter one of the following in the search field above:
- By Permit Code - An alpha numeric code that usually includes one or two letters in the beginning, followed by the two digit code of the year it was entered, then followed by a 6 digit number after a dash.
- By Parcel Code - Lookup the parcel related to the permit code using the 18 digit alpha numeric code assigned to every parcel in Osceola County.
- By Address - Enter the street number and street name for the parcel. City, State, and Zipcode should not be entered. If a parcel has multiple addresses, just use one of them.
