Osceola County Rural Enclave #2 is located along Boggy Creek Road, north of East Lake Tohopekaliga, east of Rural Enclave #1 and south of the Orange County Line. Ordinance 2010-02 was enacted on February 1, 2010 that adopted CPA09-0002 changing the future land use designation on approximately 110 acres of Rural Enclave #2 from Rural Enclave to Mixed Use. Upon the approval of this newly created Mixed Use area, Mixed Use District #10 was created. The County's Community Development Department is holding a series of neighborhood meetings for residents within and near Rural Enclave #2 to discuss proactive planning measures for the community.
