Adopted June 24, 2008.
Attached please find the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) for the Osceola County Comprehensive Plan, superseding the March 12, 2008 version, which was forwarded to the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) by the Board of County Commissioners.
The Board adopted the EAR by unanimous vote on June 24, 2008, based upon recommendations from DCA. The EAR provides a brief summary of the history of planning in Osceola County and of important planning initiatives in Central Florida in recent years.
